Journal Entry # 301

December 31st, 2010

Well it has been interesting this journey I have engaged in. I have tried to be as open-minded  as possible while trying to promote my agenda.

What have I learned? I can only speak for myself. what others have learned is up to them.

- The one thing that can actually help us is the one thing that the vast majority of people don’t want to hear or acknowledge, the truth.

- The truth is the most misunderstood concept in the world.

- Reality is what we try to escape daily.

- Very few give a shit about anything I have to say or anybody has to say.

- When you buck the trends, when you are different, when you think outside the box outside the box, when you                    swim against the stream you are not easily accepted.

- That people who say they want to talk to you generally mean they want you to listen to them.

- The vast majority of people who say they are open-minded are actually close-minded and really don’t understand what being open-minded entails.

- Once into a delusion one tends to go deeper each day to maintain the illusion of the delusion.

- There are those who see the truth.

- There is hope for humanity.

- We ignore the reality and truth even when it is so obvious that you are tripping over it.

- Ignorance is a huge contributor to delusion.

- I have verified that we are selfish as individuals and as a species and I am OK with this while many are not.

- People say they want the truth but what they actually mean is that they want the truth they believe is right for them not the actual truth.

- That I am a very good writer, musician and generally a creative person who excels in many art forms.

- That people follow a pattern while engaged in conversation and part of that pattern is to insult and judge.

- That real friends are very hard to come by.

- That most people are secretly or openly hoping you fail in life as this will justify their failures in life. Being supportive to others is truly difficult for people.

- We care about very little beyond our doorstep.

I have also learned that things take time. The work I have done long ago has yet to reap it rewards. One must stay in for the long run to actually see the fruition of the hard work. This is an instantaneous society with all information available instantly. Gratification is short lived and few understand patience.

I will continue to learn, I will continue to do what I do. Resolve is my partner in exposing and identifying the truths of this world.

I have hope that this year we as a species will put aside our differences and move in a positive direction. I would like to repost the lyrics from a song on the upcoming album that I posted in my first blog. This will sum the year up.

Let this Be the Moment.

by Gary David Currie

Let this be the moment that we become one race, the human race.

The moment every man, woman and child is proud to be human.

The moment we set aside our petty disputes, our Gods and let reason and common sense lead the day.

The moment we let our differences unite us.

The moment that we have compassion, empathy and pride to be part of one race.

The moment we have no enemies, that we value the weakest of us as we do the strongest of us.

The moment we would see it more valuable to save a life than to take a life.

The moment the planet values us instead of despising us.

WE ONLY HAVE THIS MOMENT DON”T WASTE IT.

Seek the truth always

I went and saw the new Harry Potter film today. I must say I have enjoyed the franchise but my wife especially is enchanted by the movies. This reminded me of a constant theme throughout history and within the world of fantasy. There is always a chosen one.

It certainly makes for a great plot. When you have ultimate evil you must have ultimate good. There are countless stories that have this theme represented.

Harry Potter

The Matrix

The Last Airbender

The Lord of the Rings

Star Wars

Just to name a few. Of course I cannot forget the religions of today which generally carry the same theme, Christianity with Jesus as the ultimate chosen one. There are many demi-chosens as well, Moses, Paul and David to name a few.

dm_the_chosen_one_2005_l_xmaah_44_540

We always need someone to save the day as we feel that we cannot do it ourselves. Now one must realize that this is all fantasy and must not be taken as reality. We are the chosen ones, each one of us. There is no guiding force that decides our fate that would bring about more problems than it solves. We are each responsible for our actions. We can choose to be good or evil.

You would have to ask who or what does the choosing? Why is it that there is a special one? What does that make the rest of us who are not chosen? This implies a cosmic game where we are the pawns. I prefer to realize that I chose my path as best I can within the rules set forth by the natural world. I do not know the answers to all the questions we will ask but I will do my very best to concentrate on what we do know and continue to seek the truth in all matters.

The chosen one is a wonderful fantasy but that is all it is. We have the power to change our destiny, all it takes is a few adjustments in the way we think and the acceptance of what is true.

When you look, the chosen one is always in the mirror. You be the chosen one in your own story and choose wisely.

Seek the truth always

Who Hijacked Reality / #296 I just don’t get it. Is it really that hard?

One days worth of news and it is all just fantastic. We have Killing, rockets exploding, persecuted Catholics and so much more. To top it all off this is on Christmas day, the one day we are supposed to treat each other good at least for one day.

Headlines.

Pakistan bomb attack kills dozens

Hamas: Israel ‘playing with fire’

Pope guides ‘persecuted’ Catholics

UN to probe US ‘torture’ of Manning

The Palestinian ‘legitimacy war’

Go to the page and you will see what I mean. I just don’t understand. So much misery and pain, why? We can be better, we need to be better. We need to treat each other better. Why do we constantly hurt each other? So many lies we follow.

This really is not hard. If we only just stop for a moment and think, think critically. Why do we continue to hurt each other on a daily basis? Everything we do to each other can be changed. I am not naive enough to think the entire world will just stop but we certainly can begin. What is the problem?

I would like to say what I believe is the problem. We believe in and act on lies. If you were to take anyone of the news events on the link I presented you will be able to point to the root cause of acting on lies.

A simple change in each individual will make a huge difference. Just stop for one moment and ask if what you believe or doing is actually based on what is true. The truth is the only ideal that we can actually aspire to that will build us a basis to bring about a positive society for humanity.

This is what I promote, the truth and all it represents.

Who Hijacked Reality / #295 Twas the Night before Christmas read by a child in the 3rd world.

I will do what I do.

Twas the Night before Christmas

Read  by a child in the 3rd world.

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house , a house that would be would be a dream for me. We live in a one room shack.

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. Cockroaches to mosquitoes. At least I do not have flies attached to my skin tonight

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, I don’t have any stockings and a chimney is not necessary as it is very hot here. Why would I hang stockings there will be nothing in them in the morning.

In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there. I just hope no one comes tonight that will try and hurt us or take my brothers and sisters away.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds, I sleep on the dirt floor with my brothers and sisters.

While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads. I have visions of any kind of food as i have not eaten in days.. What is a sugar plum and why would it dance?

And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap, we will wear the same clothes until they drop off.

Had just settled our brains for a long winter’s nap. It is always hot here when it is not raining.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter, What is a lawn?

I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. We always sleep with one eye open as we have been attacked many times before.

Away to the window I flew like a flash, I don’t have a window.

Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash. What are shutters and sashes?

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow. I have never seen snow but I do like the moon.

Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below. It does shine bright as we have no electricity and we need the moon to see at night.

When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,

But a miniature sleigh, and eight tinny reindeer. I don’t know why those things would be here.

With a little old driver, so lively and quick,

I knew in a moment it must be St Nick. Who is ST. Nick does he help the sick?

More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,

And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name! What is a reindeer? We have Zebras here.

“Now Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!

On, Comet! On, Cupid! on, on Donner and Blitzen!

To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!

Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!”

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,

When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.

So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,

With the sleigh full of Toys, and St Nicholas too. I have one toy. It is a gun that was left over from the war. It does not work but I like to play with it. I would love a soccer ball. Do you have an extra one? My brothers and sisters do not have any toys either. Can you help us.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof

The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.

As I drew in my head, and was turning around,

Down the chimney St Nicholas came with a bound. Our roof is made of tin. Does this St. Nick bring you things? I would like him to bring us some food.

He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot, Did he kill the reindeer to get that fur?

And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot. Why is he covered in stuff from the fire? Did he fall in?

A bundle of Toys he had flung on his back, I would rather have some food and maybe just one toy.

And he looked like a peddler, just opening his pack.

His eyes-how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!

His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!

His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,

And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow. I don’t think I would trust this man. He sounds like a drunkin guy I have seen who has a red nose.

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,

And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.

He had a broad face and a little round belly,

That shook when he laughed, like a bowlful of jelly! He sounds weird.

He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf, what is an elf?

And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself!

A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,

Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread. Last time a man winked at a kid I knew he was hurt by the man. We do not trust people here.

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,

And filled all the stockings, then turned with a jerk.

And laying his finger aside of his nose,

And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose! This sounds like a funny story.

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle, we have no snow here can he use his sleigh in the dirt? Will it fit on our roof?

And away they all flew like the down of a thistle. He can fly? This is a magic sleigh.

But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he drove out of sight,

“Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!”

What is Christmas? Is this big fat man god?

I would just really like some food and to be safe. Is there really a man that can fly and bring you toys? Why can’t he help us get some food and stop being sick? My mom is dying and I would like him to use some magic to help her get better.

Who Hijacked Reality / #294 The concept of “JESUS GODS GIFT”.

Thursday, December 23rd, 2010

Journal Entry # 294

December 23rd 2010

Yesterday while engaging in the act of spending money on a designated time of year to do so I noticed in my travels that one of our local churches or Outreach Center as they call it (a rather large one) had up in big bright lights;

           JESUS GODS GIFT

ChristianityExplained001

Well my mind starting racing with questions.

- If it is a gift then why do we get punished if we do not accept it? I thought gifts were given freely with no expectations. What if I don’t want the gift in the first place? If a complete stranger just walked up to me and offered me a gift I am fairly confident I would be very weary of the intentions and the gift.

- This gift seems the same as taking a person and standing them on the edge of a cliff where they don’t want to be and then offering them a choice, either I will save you or push you off. If I save you there are conditions you must follow and if you don’t follow them I will bring you back to the cliff and push you off. I am sure they would have never gone to the cliff in the first place.

-Isn’t god and Jesus the same? So what this really means is that god tortured himself which is nothing for god and offered his sacrifice of himself to humans to make up for a mistake he made in our creation in the first place. If he is all powerful I am sure he could come up with a better solution. He could just wipe our memories clean and put new ones in and take it from there or an infinite number of other solutions.

- If Jesus is really god’s son then he is certainly guilty according to our laws which are his laws of child abuse.

- This really is not a gift it is a form of control, my way or the highway.

- I wonder what gifts Satan is willing to offer. We never hear about his gift who knows maybe they are way cooler and actually real.

- If Jesus had powers why didn’t he just stop people from killing him? Why did he not gather all humans show them their mistakes and help them correct them? If I had magical powers the last thing I would do is kill myself through being violently tortured. I would help people understand the changes that needed to be made and help humanity rise to their potential. Killing himself actually accomplished nothing as we have not changed too much from that time.

 godsgift

It is a good thing that God probably (and I say this as a very high probability) does not exist. The whole Jesus Sacrifice concept is rather silly when you really look at it. As long as you are wanting the goodies or gifts you think god is giving it all makes perfect sense but when you look at this realistically it is very laughable as a concept.

How about we really think about this gift critically… OK done, it makes no sense. Unfortunately this is the main draw within Christianity and in other variations in different religions. Once you see that these gifts are unbelievable it all falls apart. Now that this is over with we can get on with actually working on the real problems in the world. Actually if we do get over this we will have a huge jump on solving the problems in the world as these concepts have lead to so many of them.

A BRAIN NATURES GIFT.

TRY USING IT.
