Yet another attack on free speech by those who say they practise love, acceptance and non judgmental beliefs. Their actions say otherwise. I find religious values so confusing. They want religious freedom but want to take away the same freedoms they enjoy from others.
The obvious question that hit me hard was when I was looking at the page to remove Fuck Jesus Christ from FB I noticed that everyone who goes there will see exactly what they are trying to remove. In essence they are promoting exactly what they are trying to prevent. This is lunacy to me. You have a page viewed by 1,138 people being promoted by 389,763 people.
Would it not be smarter to just ignore the ideals they are against and accept that they have the right to express their views as well as religions do? After all they are just words that we assign certain meaning to. It is only an insult if you give it credibility to be one. Free speech applies to all speech even the speech you don’t like.
This is what freedom is based on so for one group to try and deny the rights of another group is dictatorship. This demonstrates another reason why I speak out against religious doctrine and what it represents.

I encourage others to speak out against anything that threatens the freedoms of this world. Challenge all claims that are publically made so that we can all live in a world that is sane.
