It is not often I get a boost on my quest in life but after watching the video it was nice to hear some confirmation on how we decide what is true in life, in reality. This is the method I have been using for years and that many I discuss / debate with seem to ignore. So does the baloney detection kit pass the baloney detection kit? Yes it does.

1. How reliable is the source of the claim?
2. Does the source make similar claims?
3. Have the claims been verified by someone else?
4. Does this fit with the way the world works?
5. Has anyone tried to disprove the claim?
6. Where does the preponderance of evidence point?
7. Is the claimant playing by the rules of science?
8. Is the claimant providing positive evidence?
9. Does the new theory account for as many phenomena as the old theory?
10. Are personal beliefs driving the claim?

This is definitely worth watching just to hear the lyrics of Stairway to Heaven played backwards.
Ok if you watched the videos I posted there will not be much for me to add here. The only way you will not agree with the methods presented in this post is if you are not following the methods that science uses. This will put you in the realm of delusional thinking. Now I am sorry but this is the way that humanity determines what is true.
I have asked many who disagree to show me another way that we can use in all areas of life, another method if you disagree with reason and logic. To this day not one person has even attempted to offer me another way. Instead they just avoid the question and redirect. Of course this only verifies that what they are saying is probably not true.
The truth will not change, what is true will always be true so I urge all who indulge in fantasy as reality to put your beliefs to the test above. If it really is true it will pass, if not accept the obvious and come back to reality. The world will be so much better off if we approach it from a perspective of reality.
The problem is when you are living in the delusion it is most difficult to see beyond the delusion.
Reality awaits….
