Life after people – (part 1/9)
In this series they explore what would happen if all of humanity was gone instantly. Now imagine that, would the world just stop or would the process of evolution just continue on?
Science shows us how long our planet has existed and how long we have been here as a species in this time frame.

The basic idea is that humanity as we know it has been around for about 25,000 years being civilization beginning about 10,000 years ago. In that time we have managed many great accomplishments as well as being able to develop self awareness. This had lead us to the need to find answers to questions that revolve around our existence. Those answers usually involved the creation of gods to explain things. As we have evolved we have realized, well some of us have that we are the ones who created the gods not them creating us.
This needs to change
Still today so many approx. 85% of humanity still clings to these archaic beliefs. I will save the question as to why we do this for another day. What I am addressing here is the idea that the world will continue to function and has functioned just fine without us and that gods have nothing to do with this. I am at this time referring to the gods of man.
If we continue to speculate to the future of this planet our time here is very limited. There is a small window where the conditions are ideal for us to live and evolve in. When they are gone we are gone.
If you look around you will see that we are the only species on this planet that acknowledges the existence of gods and the idea that we are special in the favour of these gods. Take us away and I guarantee you that the animals will not give a shit about our beliefs. This is clear evidence that we created the gods.
It really is time that we let go of these false beliefs and move on as a species. We have enough challenges and lies we follow without having to deal with the problems that belief in gods creates.
Being self aware should lead us to understanding what truth is really about. If we continue on this path where gods dominate our cultures we stand a good chance of creating a world without people quicker than we think.
We really are not that special we just think we are and this will be our downfall. Life will go on and who knows what gods a future species will create until they get to the stage where they can understand what the rules of the universe are.
