I would say that the end game of any religion is to have their doctrine dictate all decisions for humanity. I have had Christians and other religions tell me this is not what they desire but what is the point of promoting it if it is only just for them. Now the same could be said about me as I am promoting my agenda but my agenda is not to force my beliefs on any one. I certainly believe in freedom of religion but it is the actions that are harmful which I challenge as well as promoting what is actually true.
Islam is very clear on their desire to have Islamic law dominate the world in fact it is commanded in the Quran.
OAK Initiative – Sam Rodriguez On The Issues Part 1 of 2
Seven Mountains Strategy.
The Oak Institute is being developed to raise up effective leaders for all of the dominant areas of influence in the culture, including: government, business, education, arts and entertainment, family services, media, and the church
While I realize this is not the agenda promoted by all Christians or Muslims openly it will be the end game of the religions. We see that as I have said many times before the bible or Quran is completely subjective and that all can interpret it as they see fit to support their goals and desires. There is no true Christian as the book is unverifiable so can neither be denied nor verified. It is fantasy and when the world is ruled by fantasy that is a very bad thing.
It is important as the USA demonstrates to have a separation of Church and state at the very least but this line is often crossed with disastrous consequences.
The truth is that there are Christians who are very influential who would have dominion over humanity with the bible as the word of law. This is scary as hell.
-Free speech out the door.
-Freedom of religion gone.
-Freedom period a thing of the past.
Examples of what kind of life one can expect are everywhere throughout history and in the present. If there is one thing people will eventually always fight for it is freedom and religion does not offer freedom in fact it despises freedom.
Can you imagine even within Christianity the fighting that would ensue as there are more than 38,000 different versions of god. So who would be right and who would be wrong? Now as an infidel or nonbeliever I am at the bottom of the barrel so what would happen to me if I did not convert? It is amazing how things change once someone is in the position of power, when they have ultimate authority over the lives of others. Things are bad enough now with the affects of religious doctrine so imagine if sanity completely went out the door.
We have seen the insanity time and time again when one group forces its agenda on others and violence is always used. People will not just stop at having a personal faith as the holy books have commanded differently. Would a world dominated by reason and science be any different? I would hope so but I have no guarantee of this.
